Regulus Black, vampire cast of HBP
According to two casting agencies' websites, the characters of both Regulus Black and Sanguini the Vampire have been cast for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Although these casting have not been confirmed by Warner Bros., Tom Moorcroft is listed as playing Regulus Black and Charlie Bennison will reportedly play Sanguini.

Regulus does not appear in the book, and we do not yet know in what capacity -- if any -- he will be included in the film. Sanguini appears at Professor Slughorn's Christmas party.

JKR answers fans' 'Hallows' questions

When she received the James Joyce Award from University College Dublin's Literary and Historical Society in February, JK Rowling answered several questions from fans about Deathly Hallows at the award ceremony. French HP website La Gazette du Sorcier has now posted a transcript of the question-and-answer session, which can be read here.
